Will big items fit?

Tightest fits first. Headroom is the space left above it as loaded; at the door is the clearance getting it in.

Notes on these numbers

Note the brand's order is L x H x W (height 56" before width 55"). Comparison guide (https://www.enterprisetrucks.com/truckrental/en_US/vehicles/truck-comparison-guide.html) gives the same 126"/56"/55" and adds '* Values are approximations, and vary by make, model, and year.' Business-use page (cargo-van-business.html) shows the same numbers. Make/model not named. 55" width is a single interior width; Enterprise does not say whether it is between the wheel wells. Variants not kept: Compact Cargo Van (83" x 52" x 48", up to 1,480 lbs), Heavy Duty (126"/56"/55", up to 4,080 lbs), Heavy Duty XL (143"/56"/55", up to 3,950 lbs), High Roof (143"/76"/55", up to 3,700 lbs) — all from the comparison guide if needed later. Wheel wells (29 Oct 2026): Enterprise names a 'Chevrolet Express Cargo or similar' (52.47 in between the wells), but its 126" x 56" x 55" matches a Ford Transit low roof, whose width between the wells is 54.8 in. So the 55" is likely already the between-wells width, and the planner treats the whole floor as that width.

Loading tips for this van

  • Load heavy furniture and appliances first, against the cab wall, and boxes last on top.
